Electrode boilers immerse high-voltage electrodes in water with a certain conductivity, utilising the water's conductivity and high thermal resistance properties to directly convert electrical energy into thermal energy, thereby producing hot water and achieving heating functionality. Xianchuang electrode boilers are divided into high-voltage electrode steam boilers and high-voltage electrode hot water boilers, featuring high safety, reliability, and thermal efficiency.
① High safety Low conductivity operation, no explosion hazard. There has been no safety accident for nearly a hundred years. ② High thermal efficiency High efficiency conversion of electrical energy into thermal energy, almost no heat loss, the boiler thermal efficiency is as high as 99.8% or more. ③ Short start-up time The hot water boiler can reach 100% load within 30 seconds, and the steam boiler can reach 100% evaporation within 3 to 5 minutes in hot standby state. ④ High reliability and low maintenance rate The boiler has a design life of more than 60 years, and low maintenance and maintenance costs. |
